IT'S OK TO TALK ABOUT IT

You’re part of an African American community that values the power of faith, family, and friendship. But what about mental health?

It’s okay to talk about mental health, and seek help when needed.

Mental health is something that’s important for all of us to be aware of, and it’s especially important for African Americans.

Mental health is a topic that’s often overlooked in the African American community, but it doesn’t have to be.

There is hope for those who struggle with mental health issues, and the African American community can play a role in helping to reduce stigma and increase awareness.

One way to do this is through H.O.P.E., or Help, Offer Support, Provide Education, and Encourage.

H.O.P.E. works to increase mental health awareness in the African American community by providing education, support, resources, and advocacy.

The Black church is also a great resource for African Americans who want to learn more about mental health.

Many churches have partnered with H.O.P.E's mental health awareness programs and classes that help to educate and empower members of the African American community.

It’s important for African Americans to have access to mental health resources, and to know that it’s okay to talk about mental health.

You don’t have to leave the comfort of your community to get the help and support you need.

With H.O.P.E., the Black church, and other resources, you can learn more about mental health and find the support you need in your own community.
