PLUG INTO GOD

There are some moments in life you don’t talk about easily.
Some valleys don’t fit neatly into sermons or speeches.
Some nights are too dark to testify about until God drags you out into the light.

I’ve lived through nights like that.

Nights when the mind whispers lies so loudly you almost forget they are lies.
Nights when the weight of disappointment sits on your chest like an iron gate.
Nights when suicidal ideation doesn’t knock gently—it barges in, offers suggestions, and tries to sign your name to a contract hell wrote.

If you've ever been there, hear me: you are not alone, and God is not intimidated by your valley.

I remember one of those nights when everything around me felt heavy.
People still saw the pastor… the leader… the encourager.
But God saw the man who was tired.
God saw the man who was wrestling.
God saw the man who wasn’t dying—
but desperately needed to live again.

And instead of shame…
and instead of judgment…
and instead of “do better” sermons…

God gave me presence.

Not the presence that shouts.
Not the presence that condemns.
But the presence that sits beside you in the dark and says,
“Child, plug into Me. I Am your Source. I Am your Life. You are still Mine.”

It was as if Heaven took my chin, lifted my eyes, and said,
“Forget the lies that call you broken.
Forget the voice that says you’re out of options.
Forget the ideation that says you’re disposable.
You are NOT a mistake. You are NOT alone. And you are NOT leaving this world early.”

God doesn’t read you the way people do.
People read your chapter—
God reads your calling.
People read your struggle—
God reads your spirit.
People read what you say—
God reads what you need.

Suicidal thoughts do not disqualify you.
Your battle does not discredit your anointing.
Your pain does not cancel your purpose.
Your wilderness does not erase the promise God tattooed on your destiny.

When I felt weakest, God didn’t hand me a mirror—
He handed me a plug.

“Connect to Me,” He whispered.
“Let My strength be your electricity.
Let My truth override every lie.
Let My breath fill the place where despair tried to suffocate hope.”

I can testify today:
The moment you plug into God, darkness loses its power.
It may linger, but it cannot lead.
It may whisper, but it cannot win.
It may accuse, but it cannot own you.

Because your story is not over.
Your assignment is not finished.
Your pages are still being written—
and God is still the Author.

If you are reading this and wrestling with heavy thoughts, hear my heart:

You are needed.
You are loved.
You are chosen.
And you are stronger than the storm you’re standing in.

Plug into God.
Plug into the people who care.
Plug into help that heals.

Your life matters.
Your breath matters.
Your existence shakes kingdoms.
And your survival is a threat to darkness.

So today, forget the voice of suicide—
and remember the Voice of God.

The Voice that still says,
“I will never leave you.”
“I will carry you.”
“I still have plans for you.”
“I love you with an everlasting love.”

Your comeback has already begun!
